Are you a passionate, dedicated and a motivated Sales Support Specialist looking for a new challenge?   In this role, you will provide professional day-to-day support for the field sales teams by managing the customer database, emailing and calling contacts to add prospects and data to the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system and create cutting edge digital marketing analysis reports.

 

A Day in the Life 

  • Flexible schedule – work remote
  • Build company leads CRM – Customer Relationship Management system through hands-on email and phone marketing
  • Clear and frequent communication with sales team and internal teammates
  • Work cross-functionally with other departments Act as an extension of the sales team by assisting with digital market analysis, sales material creation, marketing communications, proposal development
  • Develop marketing communications – emails, event invitations
  • Manage event registrations and additional details
  • Special projects as required

  • Ability to independently move projects forward
  • B2B sales experience a benefit
  • Experience working online in digital environments
  • Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
