A Fun Tool to Measure Your Facebook Page Value

A fun tool to help marketers get a better understanding of a Facebook Page’s value is called the Social Page Evaluation tool. It currently measures the value of a Facebook (Fan) Page based on different metrics such as the number of fans, posts per day, interactions per day and so on. Other features of the tool includes a way to compare your Facebook page with other brands, a value predictor called “Fan-tasize” and the ability to view a Page Value’s history. Another feature that I especially like is the Best Practices area to help figure out what to do to increase your page value. Just like any free tool, you should always take it with a grain of salt.

If you really want to get the most out of your Facebook Page, the best things to do are to get people to your page, be a resource, and interact with the people who ‘like’ your page.
