Who’s Winning Online in 2025? Inside the Data Driving Top PI Law Firms at GLM

The GLM Summit 2025 brought together some of the most committed and growth-focused attorneys in the country, and the Ten Golden Rules team was proud to be part of it. Over three days in Washington, D.C., our team connected with Personal Injury law firms and legal professionals who are focused on improving visibility, strengthening operations, and building systems for steady growth. At the TGR booth, conversations centered on Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Google Maps visibility, Google Screened Local Service Ads (LSA), Pay-Per-Click (PPC), intake performance, and the expanding role of Ai (Artificial Intelligence) in marketing and client acquisition. Attendees also reviewed their firm’s position within our national performance audit, giving them a clear sense of where they stand and where the strongest opportunities exist.
A major highlight of the event was our Founder & CEO, Jay Berkowitz, presenting the 3rd Annual GLaM! Awards, recognizing law firms leading the way in digital performance. This year’s winners included:
- Most Improved Performer – Ben Glass Law
- Special Award for Innovation – Gillette Law Group
- Bronze for Best Digital Marketing – Earley Law Group
- Silver for Best Digital Marketing – Kruger & Hodges
- Gold for Best Digital Marketing – RSH Legal—led by Tim Semelroth—his second time taking home the top spot!
These rankings were based on more than 2,000 audited data points, including SEO strength, Google Maps rankings, intake responsiveness, Local Service Ads activity, website traffic, and over 20 additional indicators tied directly to case growth. Every firm at the conference received a full evaluation, giving them a comprehensive view of their strengths and high-impact improvement areas.
We’d also like to acknowledge the outstanding work of Carmen Scobey, Executive Assistant, and our Marketing Director, Patricia Lammle. Their leadership, coordination, and attention to detail played a major role in making this year’s summit exceptionally well-organized and successful. Their work ensured that every attendee had access to valuable conversations, actionable insights, and meaningful industry connections.
As the event wrapped up, one theme was clear: firms that commit to data-driven decision-making, consistent execution, and practical use of technology are the firms positioned to grow the fastest in the year ahead. The GLM Summit continues to be a space where law firm leaders come together to share ideas, assess performance, and advance the industry in meaningful ways.
