    Jay,

I’m a big fan of the video podcast. I listened to it in my car, and then watched it over again with a pen and paper and took detailed notes. Currently I’m working on getting my company The Staffing Cooperative http://www.staffingcooperative.com/ to become the lead conversationalist in social media in our industry. My weekly routine is now:
    1. Blog post
    2. Submit blog to news tabs of all my linkedin groups
    3. Twitter blog
    4. Submit blog to Ezine

    My daily routine is
    1. One quality twitter post
    2. Comment or start linkedin discussion
    3. Comment on another blog and drop URL
    4. Read industry article and look up related people on linkedin or twitter to follow

Any next step suggestions or things you think I should tweak about my routine?

    Everett,
Having a schedule is a GREAT way to build your presence in Social Media, you’re doing it the right way!
To add to your messaging strategy, I have been sharing “The Three E’s of Social Media”
    1. Educate. Teach me something I don’t know. Become an expert resource. Do this proactively on Twitter and your blog, and reactively by answering questions and helping people on all the social networks.
    2. Engage. Develop two-way conversations with your friends and followers. Answer blog questions. Ask engaging questions on Twitter, Facebook and LinkedIn
    3. Entertain. Make me laugh once in a while. Particularly in Facebook and Twitter, but also on you blog and LinkedIn it helps to add a smile!
